This beautiful apartment must be seen to be believed! It is truly a unique residence; I have not seen anything quite like it in Chapel Hill. It is a completely separate unit (not in a complex), and has an exceptionally beautiful double-wide tile fireplace. It is located in a very nice residential neighborhood, and has its own front yard. Pets are negotiable. It features air-conditioning, stove, refrigerator, carpeting. It is approximately 6 miles south of the UNC campus and very close to a Park & Ride lot. It is not necessary to pay exhorbitant parking fees on campus!
Directions: Take 15-501 South in the direction of Pittsboro. Approximately 4 miles from the Chapel Hill city limits, you will come to Cole Park Plaza - a shopping center on the left that includes a CVS pharmacy. Turn right at the stoplight onto Mann's Chapel Rd. After 1.5 miles, turn left onto Winterberry Way. (Directly opposite Shotts Farm Road on the right.) Take the first paved driveway on the right. Drive between 2 houses. As soon as the driveway turns to gravel, swing right and you will see the solid red front door of the apartment.
