I have a limited number of individual rooms available at University Gardens. You would only be responsible for half the rent + $50 if you are willing to possibly accept a compatable roommate at a later time. (If you do not want a roommate, and if you are the only person occupying the apartment, you can have it for $50 off the regular price!) They are walking distance to campus.
