Brookside Condominiums
These charming condominiums are within easy walking distance of the UNC campus. They are also on the bus line for those rainy days. We rent to a mixture of students, married couples, families, and professionals.
All units have central air conditioning and central gas heat. Pets are negotiable, depending on your references. The apartments are located right next door to an extensive network of town-maintained nature and hiking trails, and a nice city park and playground are near the complex.
We also enforce our noise policy in order to assure residents of peaceful surroundings.
